- Although our products are DOUBLE PLATED, we provide one year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use.
- At HEAT UP we are committed to providing the highest standard of jewellery. If your product is damaged, fades, under normal wear, you are entitled to a one-time replacement. If the item is no longer available, exchange it for another of equal or lesser value.
