Within India:

• Standard: 5 – 7 Business Days
• Expedited: 2 – 4 Business Days

International:

• Standard: 6 – 8 Business Days

Order Modifications: To cancel or modify orders, please DM us on Instagram [@heatup.in] as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, please note that once an order is submitted, modifications are not guaranteed.

Returns/Exchanges:

• Timeline: 7 days from receipt for returns/exchanges.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Initiating a Return/Exchange: To initiate a return, visit our dedicated Return/Exchange Page and enter your order details to check eligibility. Once your request is submitted, we will process it within 48 working hours and arrange a pickup from your provided address. After receiving your return, we take an additional 3-4 working days to ship your replacement or issue store credits.

Sale Items: Please note that all Sale items are not eligible for Return/Exchange under any circumstances.

Duties & Taxes:

• We ship globally.
• For non-Indian orders, recipients are responsible for handling import regulations.
• International shipments may be subject to taxes and customs fees.
• Non-refundable costs: original/return postage, customs duties.
