Returns & Exchange Policy for HeatUp
Exchange and Return on products are charged Rs.200/- as reverse shipping fees.
Exchange depends on availability of the product, If the product is not available, store credits will be given.
For returns refunds will be generated in a form of store credits only.
Products purchase under discount and sale are not eligible for returns and exchange.
At HeatUp, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. While we do not offer direct refunds, we understand that preferences may change. Therefore, we provide an exchange option within 7 days of the delivery date. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your HeatUp item, you have the opportunity to exchange it once for another item of equal or greater value. Please note that jewelry items can only be exchanged for other jewelry. Conditions for Returns:
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Jewelry items can be exchanged for jewelry only.
Exchange Procedure:
- Contact us at support@heatup.in to request an exchange.
- If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing issue or ring sizing problem, request a return number for your package.
- Ensure your package includes the original sales receipt or order number.
- Mail the package to the address provided in the instructions from support@heatup.in, clearly printing your name, address, and return authorization number on the outside of the package.
Important Note:
- Properly pack the returned item as it was sent to you, ensuring the contents are adequately covered and taped.
- Failure to properly pack and tape the package will deem it ineligible for returns and exchanges.
Upon receiving your package, HeatUp will contact you for confirmation. Our quality inspection team will assess the returned jewelry to ensure it hasn’t been damaged or excessively worn during the 7-day period. All items must return in their original condition to be eligible for exchange. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you throughout the process.
