Is It Made With Real White Gold Or Gold?
Yes, we plate all of our pieces with real white gold and 18K yellow gold.
All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. Our base materials include: Stainless Steel, Brass & Sterling Silver.

What Kind Of Plating Do You Use?
The process we use is one of the highest quality plating available. This
process allows our gold-plated jewellery to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to.
We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.
What Is A CZ Diamond (VVS Diamond Simulation)?
Cubic Zirconia (CZ) is a diamond alternative with many of the same qualities as a diamond. At Heat Up, we only use the highest grade of CZ stones (AAAAA) to make sure all pieces look like the real deal.
The nice part about these “diamonds” is, that they are lab made. As it’s hard to prove if real diamonds are mined in an ethical way, we think it’s better to be safe than sorry.
How Should I Store Heat?
We create our pieces with exceptionally high quality PVD plating to ensure that we provide the longest lasting jewellery on the market.
This is not to say you shouldn’t take precautions! High quality jewellery still requires care and attention. Swimming, especially in salt or high temperature water will shorten the lifespan of your jewellery. Chlorine can permanently damage any gold plated jewellery, so we suggest avoiding this.
Also we recommend to remove your jewellery during showering and when
applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

What Should I Avoid?

How Often Should I Clean My Pieces?
Clean them regularly with a soft cloth. This way you remove unwanted sweat or chemicals.
Don’t use any chemicals while cleaning, as this might damage your jewellery.
How Do I Track My Order?
Login to your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on to the order information & you can find your tracking information here.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 2-3 days to be dispatched.
